At this time, we only deliver locally to Coeur d’Alene area within 15 miles of downtown Coeur d’Alene. Please call us to discuss extended delivery.

How long do i get my bounce house rental?

Everything is overnight. Yes, you read that correct. You can keep everything until early the next day! If you require a same day pickup please give us a call before the reservation is made. In the event of upcoming inclement weather, we will do our best to make sure you have the rental and if our staff time allows pickup to ensure protection of the rental unit. We reserve the right to pick up our equipment at any time and/or make changes to rental scheduling in order to preserve the integrity and quality of our equipment.

When do you bring and pick up the rentals?

Our rentals are overnight. We drop off between 7am and 1 pm and pick up throughout the next day, usually between 7 am and 1 pm. If you have a specific time you need the rental, please let us know before reservation is made so that we can do our best to meet your needs. If you won’t be home for pickup, please communicate with us so we know where to access the rental. In the event of upcoming inclement weather, we will do our best to make sure you have the rental and if our staff time allows pickup to ensure protection of the rental unit. We reserve the right to pick up our equipment at any time and/or make changes to rental scheduling in order to preserve the integrity and quality of our equipment.

School or nonprofit?

Enjoy 20% off! Book online for ease and then send us a note and we’ll adjust your final bill to decrease total price by 20%. Feel free to call/text 208.262.6011 or email cdakidsrentals@gmail.com and we’ll set it up for you. Two unit minimum; Local only.

How much space do I need for a rental?

It depends on which one! We’re really excited to offer you unique solutions for all seasons and spaces. Please, take note in the description of the rental for the space requirements and power needs. Our toddler units are both indoor and outdoor units and fit under most ceiling heights! Don’t forget, the garage/shop is always an option. :)

At the time, unless concrete blankets are provided by the renter we are unable to setup on pavement nor cement.

I live further out, can you bring me a rental?

At this time, delivery is included in rentals for 0-15 miles from downtown Coeur d’Alene, usually including Dalton Gardens, Hayden, Rathdrum and Post Falls depending on where in those zones you live. Please note, delivery is only included for in town deliveries regardless of mileage; We do not service Washington. If you are not in town or outside of our 15 mile radius please message us to talk about deliveries.

What is your cancellation window?

Things happen, we get it. We are happy to apply a store credit for your rescheduled event. Please note, subject to change on Holidays! We are easy to communicate with, please reach out!

Veteran, Military, Police or Fire?

Thank you for your service, enjoy 10% off! (spouses count too, right??) Make your reservation online for ease and send us a note so we can adjust your final bill to decrease by 10%. Or feel free to call/text 208.262.6011 or email cdakidsrentals@gmail.com and we’ll set it up for you.

What if rain is forecasted the day of my rental?

The “dry” inflatable bouncers cannot be used while wet. If it looks like an intermittent rain day, we can still bring the rental as long as you do not use it while wet. If it rains while you have your rental, please unplug and protect the blower unit. When it stops raining, we ask that you turn the blower back on so that the bouncer can dry. We will communicate with you if we need to delay pickup until the unit is dry. If the wind is predicted above 20 MPH, we will not bring inflatable bouncers and will provide a full refund within 7 days. Please note, rain reschedules will not be refunded except in extreme cases; store credits will be applied for reschedules due to rain or sickness, etc. In the event of upcoming inclement weather, we will do our best to make sure you have the rental and if our staff time allows pickup to ensure protection of the rental unit. Are you Insured?

Oh yes! We can very quickly provide a certificate of insurance! Additional insured’s for corporate events are available for a fee.
